Katrece Boyd is a professional coach, trained facilitator, and business advisor. For nearly two decades, she’s supported the personal and professional development of small business owners and leaders to help them build their capacity, achieve better results, and make a greater impact. She believes that leadership begins with understanding who you are, what you value, and what your unique purpose is. Her coaching style invites leaders to develop authentic, people-centered, action-focused organizations and lives.

Katrece has extensive experience in various industries, having led financial sales districts, provided consulting services to small business owners, served on economic development task forces to advocate for equitable economic opportunities, and facilitated strategic planning sessions for private industry and government agencies.

Katrece earned her Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing from Tuskegee University. She’s a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and holds her Associate Certified Coach credential. She’s currently earning her Economic Development Finance Professional certification with the National Development Council and has trained in professional facilitation and Design Thinking techniques.
